Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to run the site, sign you in, and — if you subscribe — bill you. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics. We never sell or share your information.
What we collect
Your email address. When you sign up, we store the email you provide so we can send your sign-in link and recognize you when you return. We keep it until you ask us to remove it.
Sign-in sessions. Wordlife uses passwordless, magic-link sign-in: you receive a link by email and clicking it signs you in. We set a session cookie on your device so you stay signed in and don't have to request a new link on every visit.
Payment information (paid members only). Paid subscriptions are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to that processor and are handled under its own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number. We keep only a customer reference and your plan and status, so we can give you the access you paid for.
Email delivery. Sign-in links and any newsletters you opt into are sent through a third-party email provider that processes your email address only to deliver those messages.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps a basic log of page requests — which page was opened, from where, on what kind of browser, and when — for operational and security purposes.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run membership — chiefly a session cookie that keeps you signed in after you click a magic link. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
What we don't do
No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we don't email you anything you didn't ask for.
Access & deletion
You can update your email or cancel your membership from your account at any time. To have your account and associated data removed, contact us and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Payment records held by our payment processor remain subject to its own retention rules and any legal or accounting requirements.
Who we rely on
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers — a payment processor, an email provider, and a hosting provider — each of which processes only the limited data described above, solely to provide its part of the service.
